Both the Friday and Tuesday sessions of Wild Things are currently FULL. We are still accepting registrations to be added to a wait list.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO DROP-INS for either day.
For more about our upcoming programming and events, please see our Happenings section below.

Wild Things Preschool Program:

Our updated program for preschool age children, Wild Things, offers outdoor educational experiences in a fun and structured setting. Appropriate for ages 2-5, these hour-long classes will include a themed storytime, active game, craft, and nature hike. Topics will include seasons, local critters, and habitats that can be found within our park. Whenever possible, age appropriate practice of letters, numbers, and other basics will be incorporated into the lessons. Caregivers are expected to remain with the children and take part in the fun!

Wild Things Schedule:

For Spring 2017 this program will be offered as a six-class session, held every other week on either Tuesdays or Fridays as outlined below. The lessons presented will be the same on corresponding Tuesdays and Fridays, so it is appropriate to only attend one or the other. Children will get the most out of the program and you will get the best value by registering for a full session, but drop-in space will be available at each class.
    Friday Session Dates:
    March 24; April 7; April 21; May 5; May 19; June 2
    Time: 10:30 AM

    Tuesday Session Dates:
    March 28; April 11; April 25; May 9; May 23; June 6
    Time: 10:30 AM
